At rxbarhollow, your satisfaction matters. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept return and refund requests within 14 days of delivery for non-perishable, unopened products in original condition.

To request a return, email phantaiduc531939@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be authorized before shipping the item back. Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless a product is incorrect, defective, or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by provider.

For food safety, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned.
